01 / Digital Infrastructure
Building the infrastructure behind the next decade.
A growth-capital view of Western European digital infrastructure — written for investors who prefer a thesis to a brochure.

Digital infrastructure is easy to over-narrate and hard to underwrite. Our work concentrates on assets with a defined role in a regional network: power-ready sites, interconnection, and counterparties who can occupy capacity through a cycle.
Status remains selective access. This page is a statement of interest and method — not an offer of securities.
01
Demand is structural
Cloud, payments, logistics and public digital services continue to require physical capacity. The question is where that capacity is scarce, permitted and financeable.
02
Europe is not one market
Power availability, planning regimes and interconnection differ by corridor. We underwrite assets, not a continent-wide slogan.
03
Duration needs a sponsor
Five to eight years is long enough for construction, leasing and refinancing risk to matter. Alignment with operators is part of the thesis, not an afterthought.
